Elite Patient Program
What does it mean to be an “Elite Patient”?
We consider your referral as our highest compliment and we want to sincerely thank you for your loyalty. We hope that you will enjoy the benefits we offer as an Elite Patient.
In order to provide rewards commensurate with referral power, we offer the following tiered program for our Elite Program:
Tier 1: You will receive 10% off Skin Care Products or 10% off Botox and Restylane treatment. To become a Tier 1 member, you must do one of the following:
- Social Media Like/Share
- Create a video testimonial
- Write a Real Self Review
Tier 2: When you are a tier 2 Elite member, you can receive up to 10% off surgeries and one free Botox Cosmetic session at South Shore Plastic Surgery in Clear Lake, TX. To become a Tier 2 member, you must do one of the following:
- Refer 1 surgery patient
Tier 3: Upon becoming a tier 3 member of our Elite Program, you will receive 15% off surgeries as well as one free Botox Cosmetic session. To become a tier 3 member, you must do one of the following:
- Refer more than 1 surgery patient
